The innovative teaching method MTD, Direct Transmission Music, is based on apparently simple techniques but derived from deep motor, physical and psycho-musical studies, aimed at transmitting the knowledge of the technique and applied theory, in a short time and in direct assimilation.
The benefits of this system are many and range from the ability to perform pieces from the first lesson up to the applied memorization of the theory in a relatively short time. Each lesson takes place individually. The student is the undisputed protagonist and learns the technique through the study of his own inner musicality.
The teacher helps him to develop it: not only by providing him with the means to do so but by leading him to create his own. In other words, each student needs a different didactic approach, in tune with his or her personal needs. Knowledge is transmitted through the music itself, with particular attention to breathing and correct posture, extrapolating the technique from the unique physicality that each person has within him or her.
From the first approach with the pupil the teacher learns which way to go to get out of the pupil the correct expressive technique without imprisoning him in pre-packaged methods, which would stifle his freedom of expression, not allowing him a natural development of his artistic talents. The aim is to make the musicality of the pupil bloom in a natural way instead of suffocating it.
